Order Acceptance and Cancellation Rights

- The shipping address is in a location we do not serve

If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Order Modification and Cancellation Requests

After 1 hour has passed, the order may have already entered our processing system and cannot be changed. If you contact us within the 1‑hour window and the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this business and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

- The purchase, use, or inability to use any product purchased through this website
- Any delay in delivery or loss of package after the carrier has taken possession
