You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging (including all tags, boxes, and accessories).
- Returned due to a quality issue (e.g., manufacturing defect, damage upon arrival) – see “Quality Issues” section below.
Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or size issues at this time.
Free Returns & No Restocking Fee
If your return is approved due to a quality issue:
- Return shipping is free. A prepaid return label will be provided.
- There is no restocking fee.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at info@dfyne.sbs within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos/videos showing the quality issue, and a brief description. Do not send items back without first obtaining a return authorization.

Refund Process & Timeline
- After we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 1-2 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal).
- Refund arrival time: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or PayPal. If all steps are completed and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@dfyne.sbs.
