Return & Refund Policy

Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your item to request a return. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be processed.

Conditions for Accepting a Return
A return will only be accepted if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item has not been used in any way.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, including all tags, boxes, and protective materials.
  • The return is due to a quality issue, including manufacturing defects or damage that occurred before delivery.

Important: We do not accept returns for reasons other than quality issues, such as changing your mind, ordering the wrong size, or not liking the product.

Return Shipping Cost
If a return is approved based on the conditions above, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. There is also no restocking fee deducted from your refund.

How to Submit a Return Request
To start a return, send an email to info@dfyne.sbs within the 30-day return period. Your email must include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo or video showing the quality issue
  • A short description of the problem

Do not send any item back until you receive a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label from our support team.

After your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid label. The shipping label will show the following return location:

Refund Processing Steps

  1. After we receive the returned item, our team inspects it within 1 to 2 business days.
  2. If the return is approved, we issue a refund to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal).
  3. The refund amount will equal the full purchase price of the returned item. No shipping or handling fees are deducted.

Refund Arrival Time
Once the refund is issued, it typically takes 7 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement or PayPal account. This delay depends entirely on your financial institution.

If You Do Not See Your Refund
If 10 business days have passed since we issued the refund and you still do not see the credit, first contact your bank or credit card issuer. If they confirm no refund has been posted, contact us at info@dfyne.sbs with your order number.
