Return and Refund Policy

Time Limit for Return Requests
You have 30 calendar days from the date you physically receive the item to submit a return request. The 30-day period begins on the delivery date shown on the carrier’s tracking record. Any request submitted after the 30th calendar day will be automatically declined.

Specific Conditions for Return Acceptance
A return will be approved only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  • The item has not been used, worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging, including any boxes, polybags, tags, labels, instruction manuals, or accessories that came with the item.
  • The return is requested exclusively because of a quality issue, which is defined as: a manufacturing defect present at the time of delivery, or physical damage that occurred before the package was opened by the customer.

Reasons That Do Not Qualify for Return
The following situations do not qualify for a return under this policy:

  • Changing your mind after receiving the item
  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or model
  • Not liking the product after seeing it in person
  • Finding a lower price on another website

Return Shipping Cost and Restocking Fees
If a return is approved based on the quality issue conditions above, the following applies:

  • prepaid return shipping label is provided to the customer at no cost.
  • There is no restocking fee. The full purchase price of the returned item will be refunded.

How to Initiate a Return
To begin the return process, send an email to info@dfyne.sbs within the 30-day return window. Your email must include:

  1. Your order number (format: DFYNE-xxxxx)
  2. A clear photo or video showing the quality issue (defect or damage)
  3. A brief written description of the problem

Do not send any item back until you receive a reply containing a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label. Items returned without prior authorization will not be refunded and will not be shipped back to the customer.

Inspection Process After Return Arrives
When the returned package is delivered to the above address, we perform an inspection within 1 to 2 business days. The inspection includes verifying that the item is unused, that the original packaging is intact, and that the reported quality issue actually exists. If the inspection confirms all conditions are met, the refund is approved. If the inspection finds that the item does not meet the return conditions (for example, the item shows signs of use or the defect was caused by the customer), the refund will be denied and the item will not be returned to the customer.

Refund Issuance Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. The refund amount equals the full purchase price of the returned item. Shipping costs (if any were charged on the original order) are not refunded because the shipping service was already performed. No deductions are made for restocking or return processing.

Refund Arrival Time After Issuance
Once the refund is issued from our side, the time it takes to appear in your account depends on your financial institution. Typical timeframes are:

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard): 7 to 10 business days
  • PayPal accounts: 7 to 10 business days

These delays are caused by bank processing times and are outside our control.

What to Do If You Do Not See the Refund
If more than 10 business days have passed since you received our refund confirmation email, follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again (pending refunds may not show immediately).
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer to ask if a refund from our merchant account is pending.
  3. If your bank confirms no refund has been received, contact us at info@dfyne.sbs with your order number. We will provide you with a transaction ID and confirmation of the refund issuance.
