Geographic Areas Served
Orders placed through this website are delivered exclusively to valid addresses located within the contiguous United States (the 48 adjoining states) and Canada. Deliveries are not provided to Alaska, Hawaii, any United States territories (including but not limited to Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands), or any international destinations outside the US and Canada.
Order Processing Window
Each order undergoes a processing phase before shipment. The processing time is 1 to 2 business days from the moment the order is submitted and payment is confirmed. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding all federal holidays observed in the United States. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) do not count toward the processing time.
Transit Time After Shipment
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 business days for all destinations within the United States (contiguous 48 states) and Canada. The transit time begins on the date the carrier receives the package, not on the order date. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons or unusual weather events.
Carrier Assignment Method
Customers are not permitted to select a specific carrier at checkout. Instead, each order is automatically assigned to a carrier based on the delivery address, package weight, and other logistical factors. Carriers used include, but are not limited to: United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS), and Canada Post. Tracking information is provided for every order through the assigned carrier.
Shipping Cost to Customers
All orders qualify for free shipping. No minimum purchase amount is required. Additional charges such as handling fees, fuel surcharges, or residential delivery fees are not added to any order.
Canadian Customs and Import Charges
For orders delivered to addresses in Canada, the customer is the importer of record. As a result, the customer may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other border processing charges when the package arrives. These charges are neither collected by us nor included in the purchase price paid on this website. Customers should contact their local customs office for rate estimates before ordering.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
If a package is returned to our return address because the customer provided an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for paying any reshipping costs. No refund will be issued for the original shipping attempt because the service was still performed. Customers are strongly encouraged to review their shipping address carefully before completing checkout.
Lost Packages During Transit
If tracking shows a package as delivered but the customer reports non-receipt, the customer must contact the carrier directly. We will provide the tracking number and carrier name to assist in filing a missing package claim. Replacements or refunds for lost packages are evaluated on a case-by-case basis after the carrier completes its investigation.
