Where We Ship
Orders are delivered only to addresses within the United States (contiguous 48 states) and Canada. Deliveries are not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territories.
Order Processing
All orders are reviewed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 2 business days after purchase confirmation. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays within the United States.
Delivery Timeframes
Once an order leaves our facility, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 business days for all destinations within the US and Canada. Delivery times are calculated from the shipment date, not the order date.
Shipping Carriers
We do not allow customers to choose a specific carrier. Instead, each shipment is assigned to a carrier (such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post) based on the delivery location and package characteristics. Tracking information is provided for every order.
Shipping Cost
All orders qualify for free shipping. No minimum purchase amount is required. No additional handling fees or fuel surcharges are added at checkout.
Import Taxes for Canadian Orders
Customers located in Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by us at the time of purchase.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order. We strongly recommend reviewing your shipping address before completing checkout.
