Ordering & Shipping
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). No minimum purchase is required.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: After your order is processed (which takes 1-2 business days), delivery typically takes 4-7 business days within the US and Canada. All orders are shipped from within the US.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s delivery status.

Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.

Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and have a quality issue (e.g., manufacturing defect or damage upon arrival). Returns for change of mind or size issues are not accepted.

Q: How do I start a return?
A: Contact our support team at info@dfyne.sbs with your order number and photos/videos showing the quality issue. Do not send items back before receiving a return authorization.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: No. If your return is approved due to a quality issue, we will provide a free prepaid return shipping label. You will not be charged any restocking fee.

Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
